TalkMoney specializes in digital products, educational services and professional consulting.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all completed purchases are generally final. Once digital products, downloads or online courses have been accessed, delivered or made available, they are not eligible for refunds.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been scheduled or delivered. Missed appointments without prior notice may not qualify for rescheduling.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments made in error will be corrected after review.
Exceptional Situations
If TalkMoney is unable to deliver a purchased product or service due to an internal technical issue, we may choose to:
- Provide a replacement
- Reschedule the service
- Issue a refund where appropriate
Any such decision remains at the discretion of TalkMoney after investigation.
